Limited Advisory Availability

While my primary focus is on Goodeye Labs, I occasionally take on short advisory engagements for the right fit. These typically look like:

• •Short-term advisory projects on AI implementation, ML system design, or pointing AI work at the right business outcomes

I'm selective about these engagements because my time is limited. The best fit tends to be leaders who have a specific challenge, have done their homework, and need an experienced perspective to validate their approach or identify blind spots.
